Nostalgia.

We were given a very warm welcome as we entered her house one by one and in an odd sense, furtively. Albeit the house is now adorned and embellished with a spread of baby's toys(okay maybe quite plentiful), all seemed not one bit changed. The cupboard made of mahogany to the right of the living room was decorated with pictures of her past and many little post cards. We sat down in an encirclement on the floor. My sitting position was most susceptible to the baby's little drooling assaults. Certainly we were'nt here for some jamboree or lavished party. Its more of a get together session with fellow 2d1 class mates and our much ardulated English teacher Mrs Tham. The nostalgic ambience once again sets in, following a precedent of memories worth reminiscence. I remembered a time when she told us about the story of the human chao siew bao and the Eye ballS story. It was embellished with all the gross yet intriguing descriptions. They were so vivid and idealic to scare the wits out of some girls in our class. But those were of the past now.

We played a game of taboo. My group cleverly adopted the tactic of sarcasm. The rules of the games are rather simple. We would be given task of explaining a word explicitly so that your group members would be able to guess it. But unfortunately, the challenge is that we are not allowed to say the word we are trying to convey or the keywords given along with the word.
Therefore my group, which involved my clique of friends who are adept 'sarcasm users', we gave clues like 'giiiiiiiiiiiiive uuuuuuuuuuuuuuup' for words like 'perservere'.
But all in all, my team won. And i would like to thank Yong Liang for his significant contribution in salvaging my group's near defeat and Kian Seng who clinched the final point. The most difficult question which only he could answer. what a genius.lolz

We left after the game of Taboo and went for dinner and Sumoya. Khim Geok, Titus, Jia En, Kian Seng and Yong Liang left, leaving only Ying Ting, Zhen Ning, Jie Run, Nicholas, Grace, Quan Mei, Bryan and I to go eat dinner.
The food wasn't stupendously sumptuous or lavishing, seems like i couldn't expect much from a fast food cafeteria.

Went home and felt very lethargic and remitting.
